Key People

Graham Newall MBA

Graham is a seasoned FX professional with interests in several Asian and European trading businesses. He holds over 39 years' experience in the banking, investment banking, finance, futures and structured derivatives, foreign exchange and payments sector. Graham was a member of the senior management team at Banker's Trust, Grindlays and Capel Court Investment Bank in Australia before relocating to London as the Global Head of Futures and Derivatives at Barclays de Zoet Wedd followed by Barclays Capital, where he developed a global execution and clearing business for Barclays Bank, with offices spanning 10 countries. Other notable career accolades include his role as Director of the London Clearing House where he lead the team that developed its Swapclear product, establishing a global money transfer protocol which later became the AIM listed Earthport and founding Moneyswap PLC which subsequently listed on LSE AIM (SWAP) in 2011.

Daryn Griggs

Daryn has an extensive background in prepaid, processing, management of start-ups, payment networks, and card program management and has held key positions in well established companies in these industries including Visa Inc, Rev Worldwide and Yalamanchili. Daryn was heavily involved in developing the world's first multi-currency prepaid travel card platform with MasterCard, Yalamanchili and CBA. Over the last few years Daryn and Bruce Parker, established PayOnyx to provide banks, program managers, processors and foreign currency companies with state of the art technology, leading edge tools and the knowledge and know how to accelerate, enhance or deploy a successful and profitable payments program.

Bruce Parker

Bruce brings to the team more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and electronic payments industry. As CFO for QSI Payments Inc (a payments technology company established in the USA providing switching technology to banks and other financial intermediaries), Bruce was responsible for the business's commercial viability and strategy. Major customers included, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, HSBC, and SABRE. The company is now owned by MasterCard and operates the major internet payment gateways in the Asia/Pacific. More recently, Bruce established and held the role of CFO for iPayOptions, another payments technology company which has developed several successful payment and FX platforms. And together with Daryn Griggs, developed the PayOnyx platform to enable existing bank debit cards, corporate cards and prepaid cards to selectively match currencies on a like for like basis.

Martin Beck

Martin is a professional fund manager and financial services executive with over 15 years of experience. He has both a Master's Degree in Economics from Rochester University and a Master's in Finance from the Simon Business School. His expertise in international banking, portfolio management, structured products and the FX industry places him as one of the top consultants in today's financial world. Martin was a senior manager at UBS in Switzerland and led his team successfully through the uncertain times of 2007 and 2008 and is currently the CEO of an international independent asset management company based in Bern, Switzerland. With a background in the Hotel business, Martin is dedicated to the needs of his clients and is known for his ability to find solutions. He is well connected within the international banking industry and continues to strengthen his focus on the FinTech World.

Henry Xu

Henry is a qualified senior manager, certified by dual-Degrees in Economics and Software Engineering from Tsinghua (China) and Colorado (US) University. He has more than 20 years' experience working in security and options-investments and holds specialized knowledge in online ERP systems, data mining, e-commerce, payment gateway and blockchain technology. A founder of several tech startups, Henry is passionate about developing successful businesses based on advanced technologies and is skilled at fostering strong business relationships with partners and investors and identifying real opportunities that drive business profit. Recently, Henry has had great success identifying and sourcing aggregate payment solutions for Asian merchants (VISA, MC, JCB , AMEX, Wechat Pay, Alipay and UnionPay), as well as in operational management of solutions, reconciliation, fraud management, and merchant settlements.
